ABOUT ME

Kelly Miller, PhD, creates professional education for doulas, birth workers, and perinatal professionals who want to support clients with confidence, clarity, and ethical boundaries.

Her work focuses on advocacy, informed consent, communication, and scope-aware support in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. Through CEU courses, speaking, and professional trainings, Kelly helps birth professionals strengthen the way they communicate, advocate, and support informed decision-making without overstepping their role.

Tiny Kicks, Big Dreams began with a belief that families deserve to feel informed, respected, and supported. Today, that mission continues through practical education for the professionals who walk alongside them.

A calm, practical approach to advocacy education

Advocacy does not have to mean confrontation, and staying within scope does not mean staying silent. Kelly’s approach helps birth workers and perinatal professionals find the middle ground: supporting client voice, encouraging informed decision-making, and communicating with care teams in ways that are clear, respectful, and ethical.

Her trainings focus on practical language, real-world scenarios, and scope-aware strategies professionals can actually use in high-stress moments.
